SPREAD tortilla with reduced-fat cream cheese, then salsa.
TOP with turkey, Cheddar and lettuce; roll up.
PREPARE dressing mix in small bowl as directed on envelope. Stir in sugar and soy sauce.
BREAK apart Noodles; place in large bowl. Discard Seasoning Packet or reserve for another use. Add coleslaw blend, onions, sunflower kernels and almonds to noodles; mix lightly.
ADD dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
RESERVE 2 Tbsp. carrots. Mix remaining carrots with cream cheese; spoon into cucumber shells. Top with reserved carrots.
CUT each cucumber half into 5 pieces to serve.
HEAT broiler. Mix first 4 ingredients.
SPREAD onto cut sides of bread; sprinkle lightly with paprika.
BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
PAT meat and pickle slices dry with paper towels.

HEAT oven to 400ºF.
PLACE chicken on foil-covered baking sheet; top with salsa. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), topping with crushed chips and cheese the last 5 min.
MEANWHILE, cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in tomatoes; cook 4 to 5 min. or until tomatoes begin to pop, stirring occasionally. Add rice; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon.
TOP chicken with sour cream. Serve with rice mixture.

COOK in preheated grill pan or skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
